I authorize Hattie Harlow and Hattie’s Happy Tails to act as my agent in the event of my dog needing medical attention. I further agree that I will be responsible for any and all cost of any veterinary care deemed necessary by the licensed veterinarian. I acknowledge that Hattie is under the age of 18 years old. I will not hold her accountable for any reason due to her pet sitting services.

SERVICE AGREEMENT FORM

If you need to cancel, please be considerate and cancel as soon as you know so we can book other dogs. EFFECTIVE JAN 1 2021 there will be a $10 fee for every 30 minutes you are late dropping off or picking up. Picking up past noon will be considered a full-day. Half of the payment is due the time that you schedule (non-refundable).

Hattie's Story

Hattie is 17 years old. She wants to be a vet when she grows up. Hattie asked her parents if she could start dog-sitting for fun and to make some extra cash. Hattie's Happy Tails took off from there. She now has 12 kennels that includes two outdoor runs. Hattie is very passionate about dogs and makes sure that they are loved well!
